This collection is showcasing sartorial luxury affair combined with glamorous femininity and the golden age of Italian cinema, blending craftsmanship and Couture sophistication with a tribute to local savoir-faire. The show is set in the Villa di Maiano, a historical estate built in the 15th century. This unique venue underscores the collection's splendor and timeless elegance. Located five kilometers from the center of Florence, it seems to exist in a peaceful world of its own, immersed in the lush green of the hills overlooking the city.

Household Linen White

Crafted from pillowcases sourced in the United Kingdom in the 1960s and transformed in France, this extraordinary fabric forms part of the House’s core materials. The forgotten techniques of upcycled embroidered household linen are saved from oblivion and upcycled into unique, transcending garments evoking soft, delicate and sensual imagery.
Each one-of-a-kind piece is filled with history through its embroideries, smoothly placed to highlight the beauty of this rare fabric. The original white tones of the pillowcases are also dyed black to play with ceremonial references and subtle contrasts.

The creative potential of ‘arts de la table’ is here fully explored: the ends of cutlery are used as strong center pieces for clip earrings or necklaces, while their handles are upcycled into drop earrings. Finding new uses to old objects, unique spoons and forks can be easily recognized.

Marine Serre jewellery is designed and prototyped in-house at the Paris atelier, where each piece is carefully developed to reflect the House’s distinctive language. It is then crafted by skilled French artisans, whose savoir-faire ensures precision, durability, and exceptional attention to detail. From the selection of materials to the final finishing touches, every step embodies a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design.

Regenerated Tote Bags Ecru

Marine Serre first showed upcycled tote bags in the 
F/W 2023 Collection Rising Shelter, which made 
waves with its column-shaped cages of discarded 
clothing. Inspired by the designer’s optimism despite 
rapid climate change, this range begins life with the 
careful selection of cotton totes according to their 
quality and the appeal of their multicultural patterns. 
Reimagined as Marine Serre Couture pieces, their 
sui generis graphics leap out from the ecru fabric, 
tapping into the longing for travel that underpins 
the entire collection, as each carries different places 
and stories within it. Unisex garments are inflected 
by streetwear styles. There’s a bomber jacket with a 
generous volume, alongside wide workwear pants, 
button-up and bowling shirts, and tailored shorts. A 
standout trench features the tote’s handles hanging 
down its back. For women, the bustier present in 
the Regenerated Denim range introduces a pleasing 
clash between the material and the sensual bodycon design. Pieces feature a printed Marine Serre 
logo and, owing to the upcycling approach, each is 
one of a kind.

A staple of Marine Serre Couture, this premium sheepskin leather is made in Italy and has a satin sheen that naturally gives off light, as though it has already acquired a delicate patina over time. The grained, structured leather is then heat-embossed to reveal the house’s Moonogram print. The pieces in this range draw inspiration from classic tailoring codes, which merge seamlessly with Marine Serre’s resolutely contemporary vision: women’s styles, from fitted coats and jackets, to a glamorous bustier dress, are fitted to follow the curves of the body. The men’s pieces are modern and luxurious wardrobe staples.
