The Lunar Fortune giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organized by Marine Serre SARL, having its registered office at 134-140 rue d’Aubervilliers, 75019 Paris, France (the “Organizer”).

The Lunar Fortune is a free prize giveaway with no purchase necessary, organized on a monthly basis in connection with the full moon cycle.
Each edition of the Promotion gives eligible participants the opportunity to win a product selected by the Organizer.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules (the “Rules”).

The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted by law.
Employees of the Organizer and persons directly involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
Only one (1) entry per person per edition is permitted.

Each edition of the Promotion will remain open for seven (7) consecutive calendar days from its launch date.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable edition.
The winner will be contacted directly. If the selected winner fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Each edition of the Promotion offers one Marine Serre product as announced on the dedicated Promotion page.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

The Organizer shall not be liable for technical failures, unrecorded entries, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, selecting winners, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
