This house is proud to claim its circular approach also applies to fabrics it creates itself, and this can lead to prints and fabrics that were initially meant for an older collection to be regenerated for the current collection. This season's strong focus on tailored menswear and dressed up sets, made it the perfect occasion to bring back our exclusive cotton jacquard poplin to create a classic and elegant menswear shirt. This poplin features a jacquard of the house's logo as well as our iconic Moon.

Iconic All Over Moon motif adorns this blended FSC-approved viscose and wool yarn jacquard knit. The shapes present in this family run in parallel to those in the wider Moon Logo range and serve to accentuate the collection’s idea of translation and metamorphosis, almost as if our iconic Recycled Moon Jersey magically transformed into knitwear. The line has a strong sportswear dynamic with the addition of thumbholes in some of the pieces. This wool blend jacquard knit is slightly warmer and thicker than the Moon Logo Knit, however, but also so incredibly soft that it can also be worn directly on the skin.

Regenerated Tote Bags Ecru

Marine Serre first showed upcycled tote bags in the 
F/W 2023 Collection Rising Shelter, which made 
waves with its column-shaped cages of discarded 
clothing. Inspired by the designer’s optimism despite 
rapid climate change, this range begins life with the 
careful selection of cotton totes according to their 
quality and the appeal of their multicultural patterns. 
Reimagined as Marine Serre Couture pieces, their 
sui generis graphics leap out from the ecru fabric, 
tapping into the longing for travel that underpins 
the entire collection, as each carries different places 
and stories within it. Unisex garments are inflected 
by streetwear styles. There’s a bomber jacket with a 
generous volume, alongside wide workwear pants, 
button-up and bowling shirts, and tailored shorts. A 
standout trench features the tote’s handles hanging 
down its back. For women, the bustier present in 
the Regenerated Denim range introduces a pleasing 
clash between the material and the sensual bodycon design. Pieces feature a printed Marine Serre 
logo and, owing to the upcycling approach, each is 
one of a kind.
